Job Description
This position is responsible for leading the entire mobile and agent banking business in the forefront to enhance banking activities and reach more people through agents.
Required Technical Competency
- Experienced Service Management professional.
- Excellent customer facing/customer service skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and other office applications
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, IT/Computer Science or Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Experience:
At least 4 years’ relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent
