Job Description
This position is responsible for participating in the development and implementation of a bank -wide performance measurement framework, to consolidate and report annual plans and budgets. to monitor and evaluate the financial and non-financial performance of the bank and its branches. produce and submit reports for management’s decisions.
Required Technical Competency
● Collect and organise data for development of performance management strategy, policies, and procedures of the bank, and monitor their effective implementation in the division.
● Assist in the development of Plans and reports of the overall activities of the division.
● Participate in the periodic review and revision of the division’s policy, procedures and manual.
● Participate in the development of the strategic plan of the bank, organise the performance data on its implementation, undertake midterm review, and generate reports.

● Capable user of Microsoft Office

● Industry specific skills (products and services)
● Knowledge in International Banking practises and trade finance practice
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing, or any other relevant field
Experience:
At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent
